這個可愛的麻糬，是客家傳統的甜點『牛汶水』
不過作法跟一般麻糬不太一樣唷!

小知識💡
取名之所以叫做牛汶水
是因為很像牛在泥水裡打滾的模樣
中間凹處也彷彿牛戲水後留下的凹痕
牛汶水也等同是"牛玩水"唷
據說已經快失傳了

#牛汶水 吃起來較Q一些些
泡著黑糖薑汁，冷冷的天可以暖身
再撒上碎花生粒、芝麻，多了口感
第一次吃到這個，覺得蠻特別的
不過這薑味對我個人來說....
覺得太辛辣了啦～～～哈哈哈！
所以最後是交給夥伴吃光光的
但對夥伴來說，薑味僅算微辣而已
敢吃薑汁的話，可以來試試囉
(我下次來，要改點豆花吃XD)
