這間是我最喜歡的排骨酥麵！
🔹排骨酥麵 $85

吃一次就愛上，默默吃好多年了
營業時間很長11:00-23:00
排骨蒸到很嫩，輕鬆一抿就會化開
連軟骨都能輕易咬碎入口！

且除了除了軟骨外，沒有其他骨頭
食用起來不需用啃很方便
調味也是我喜歡的，帶點甘甜
若口味重一點的話，可以再加胡椒粉

我選的是排骨麵，麵體是偏粗的黃麵
也有米粉、冬粉、粿仔、湯可以選擇
💡提醒不加香菜的話，要主動先說哦

一開始只有在西門町開
後來默默在越來越多地方都有了
(有人說有些分店口味較淡🤔)
不過我自己是只吃過西門這間
排骨酥真的很讚～
小缺點是價格越來越高XD
阿姨看我在拍照，以為我是外地人
好奇問我是不是沒看過排骨酥😂
