吃貨這篇先收藏！美食屆的年度大事「2023台灣米其林發佈會」在08/31正式登場，集結台北、台中、台南、高雄4大城市的餐廳推薦清單，每年上榜的餐廳都讓專業吃貨想跟著吃一輪。在2023年集結4大城市的「台灣米其林」總共35間餐廳上榜，其中包含7間新上榜餐廳。
回顧2022年台灣「米其林一星」得獎餐廳總共28間上榜。今年將台北、台中、台南、高雄4大城市集結成「2023台灣米其林」，一星得獎的餐廳數來到35間，其中有7間新上榜餐廳，包含台北「A CUT牛排館、Ad Astra、斑泊、INITA、ZEA」、台中「文公館」，以及高雄「Haili」。此外，提倡環保永續的「米其林綠星」獎項，在2023年本屆共有6間餐廳上榜，新進榜包含台北「好嶼 HOSU」，以及高雄「THOMAS CHIEN」皆獲獎。
